Payment: Kingfisher Serviced Apartments accept the following payment methods. Credit Card, American Express Card, Debit Card, Cheque, Bank transfer and cash. Credit cards and American Express Cards are subject to a 3.5% charge. Credit Card payments can only be made by either the booking contact or guest(s). This is to protect us against fraud. Any bank transfer charges must be absorbed by the payer. Cash payments are only accepted in person, where a receipt will be provided at the time of the transaction. The full amount of any invoice must be received before or on the invoice due date. If the payment is not received, then a suspension or cancellation of the booking may occur. In this Case, the appropriate cancellation charges will be applicable. 

Credit Card details: We require a set of credit card details from belonging to either the Booking contact or the guest(s) before we can confirm a booking. The credit card details provided are used by Kingfisher Serviced Apartments to pay for cancellation charges, as well as charges made for any damages or any misplaced items. (See Damages and cancellation policy below) We hold a strict policy of destroying credit card details within 48 hours of a bookings departure date, and assure you that your details are kept in safe hands during your stay. 

Cancellation Policy: We aim to be as flexible as possible as we understand flight times and arrival dates can change slightly, but our cancellation charges are there to protect us. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email is acceptable). 
For bookings of less than 7 days, we must receive notice of cancellation at least 7 days before your confirmed check in date. Failure to notify us in time will result in a 100% cancellation charge. 
For bookings between 7-27 days, we must receive notice of cancellation at least 14 days before your confirmed check in date. Failure to notify us in time will result in a 7 day cancellation charge.
For bookings between 28+ days, we must receive notice of cancellation at least 28 days before your confirmed check in date. Failure to notify us in time will result in a 7 day cancellation charge.
The owner of the credit card details provided to us to secure the booking (see Credit Card Details above) is solely responsible for any cancellations made to a confirmed booking, and therefore accepts the appropriate charges that are made by Kingfisher Serviced Apartments on that particular Credit Card. Credit Card Charges Apply (See above: Payment)

Early Departure: Kingfisher Serviced Apartment does not provide refunds for early departures. When booking an apartment with us, if you are unsure of your actual check out date, we strongly recommend booking the apartment for a period of time for which you are confident that you will make full use of the apartment, with the option to extend your booking. In these situation’s the guest(s)/booking contact will always be informed by Kingfisher Serviced Apartments about any potential future bookings so they can decide to go ahead and extend their current booking. Kingfisher Serviced Apartments reserves the right to treat early departures as cancellations for unpaid invoices, and the appropriate cancellation charges will apply

Damages: The owner of the credit card details provided to us to secure the booking (see Credit Card Details above) is solely responsible for any Damages made to the booked apartment, or for the damage or loss of any of the booked apartments items and appliances, and therefore accepts the appropriate charges that are made by Kingfisher Serviced Apartments on that particular Credit Card. This also includes loss or damage to all keys and key fobs provided.

Liability / Insurance: Kingfisher Serviced Apartments accepts no responsibility for any personal injury to a guest(s) and accepts no responsibility for any damages, loss or theft of any personal belongings of the guest. Guests are advised to take out adequate travel and personal insurance to cover this.

Check in / Check out: Check in time is 15.00 hrs (3.00 pm), and check out time is 1100 hrs (11.00 am). We aim to be as flexibly as possible and late or early check in and check out times are subject to availability. 

Entry rights: Kingfisher Serviced Apartments reserves the right to enter the apartment at any time. However, in the case that we need to enter an apartment, we always aim to give our guests at least 24 hours notice. This will be for general maintenance or a possible viewing from another potential guest.

Smoking / Pets: We do not allow pets in our apartments, and hold a strict no smoking policy. In the case of us finding pets in the apartment, or evidence of anyone smoking in the apartment, Kingfisher Serviced Apartments reserves the right to terminate the booking.
