What is the minimum length of stay?
If you are booking in advance of more than 28 nights, our minimum stay is 7 nights. We do occasionally accept shorter bookings at short notice.
What is a serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is an alternative to a hotel. It is a cost effective, flexible and comfortable option, offering you privacy and a home from home environment. You can stay for a few days or even a few months. All of our apartments are fully equipped and fully furnished including all the luxuries you would expect from a hotel, from free wireless broadband to multi channel wide screen televisions. All of our apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will require for your stay. See our ‘about us’ section for more details on what we offer.
What is the booking procedure?
Booking a serviced apartment with us is simple. Check availability. Then provide card details and fill out our reservation form. Thats it.
How do i collect the keys to the apartment?
We personally greet you at the apartment on your arrival and hand over the keys.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in time is 3.00pm and our check out time is 11.00am. Subject to availability, we can provide an earlier checkin and a later check out time. Please also be advised that we check in many guests who arrive late at night or early in the morning due to flight arrival times.
How safe are our Serviced Apartments?
All of our apartments include security entry systems, some with advanced video entry systems so that you can see who is wanted to enter the apartment. All of our apartments locations are in safe well lit areas, many of which require a fob in order to enter the premises.
Why do we require credit card details?
We use your credit card details to pay for damages and cancellation fees. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.
How safe are my credit card details?
We understand the importance of keeping credit card details safe, and have a strict procedure in place make sure they do not reach unsafe hands. All details are recorded and kept safe at all times, and then carefully destroyed within 48 hours of departure.
