Payment Kingfisher Serviced Apartments accept the following payment methods
  -credit card / american express (3.5%, 4.5%)
  -cheque, bank transfer, cash (payer must absorb any bank transfer costs)
  Payment must be made prior to check in or on arrival. For stays of seven nights or less, full
  payment must be received prior to check in. If the sufficient payment is not recieved then a
  suspension or cancellation of the booking may occur.
Deposit Before a booking is confirmed we your credit card details as a holding deposit
  You can either send these in two seperate emails, seperating the three digit security number
  or by phone by calling us on our normal office number. The card details are also kept to
  protect us against late cancellations and damages. Credit card details are destroyed after
  you have checked out . For information on damages and cancellations see below.
Damages Your credit card details protect us for ay damages. An inventory of the apartments
  appliances and equipment will be signed by the guest when checking in. The cost of the
  damages will be take from the given Credit Card.. In the case that an appliance is found
  broken, we will always notify the guest first. The guest will then be charged accordingly
  and photos may be taken asevidence.
Cancellations For cancellations within 14 days of checkin for a booking of seven nights of less, one nights
  payment will be taken from the credit card. For stays for longer than seven nights, three
  nights payment will be taken from the credit card. Cancellations for short notice bookings
  (within 14 days of checkin) qualify for the normal cancellation charges.
Liability/Insurance Kingfisher Serviced Apartments accepts no responsibility for any personal injury to the
  tenant or occupants during a stay and accepts no responsibility for any damages, loss or
  theft of any personal belongings of the tenant. Guests are advised to take out adequate
  travel and personal insurance to cover personal belongings.
Checkin/Checkout Checkin is at 15.00hrs (03.00pm) on the confirmed arrival date. Checkout is at 11.00hrs
  (11.00am). Early checkin and late checkout are subject to availability.
Entry rights Kingfisher Serviced Apartments reserves the right to enter the apartment at any time.
  However, respecting our guests privacy we always give sufficient notice (usually 24 hours)
  and ask for permission to enter the apartment before entering. This will be for maintenance
  and viewings.
Booking Procedure To confirm a booking we require a reservation form to be filled and a deposit of £250.
  Reservations can be made on our website or by telephone (see contact us). More
  information about the deposit is above. Ater we recieved both the deposit and
  reservation details a confirmation and invoce is sent by email. Hard copies are available
  on request.
Occupation The number of people permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds.
  In some apartments a fold out bed is available on request for a small one off charge
Smoking/Pets No smoking is permitted in the apartment. Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
